Llei 10/2018 amending the 2012 immigration law (9 pp.): restated art. 96 (EUR 400,000 recorded earlier); this pass added the restated EUR 50,000/10,000 deposits, the event adding life insurance to qualifying assets (in force 14.6.2018), and the new art. 154 fee table for residence-without-work authorisations (6.79 / 224.61 / 56.15 / 22.61 EUR etc.). Not in scope and not recorded: self-employment deposit of EUR 15,000 and 183-day rule, young-worker, student, frontier and diplomatic-family permits; deposits of EUR 50,000/10,000 for professionals with international projection and scientific/cultural/sporting residents (qualifying ground is the activity, not the money: decision 15; flagged for a decision); sanctions.
