About

This portal publishes the datasets behind oscarleo.com and the newsletter, so anyone can check the numbers and reuse them.

Why it exists

Figures about how countries sell citizenship and residence, or how much whistleblowers are paid, are scattered across budgets, annual reports, laws and court records, and are often repeated without a source. Here every number links back to the page it came from, so a journalist, a researcher or a curious reader can see exactly what a document says and how reliable it is.

The datasets

Reuse

The data is licensed CC BY 4.0: Free to use, share and adapt, also commercially, as long as you credit the source. News and industry documents are linked, not copied: their text belongs to their publishers.

Built to be fast

Most visitors read on a phone, so pages are plain HTML that arrive ready to read, the code is small, tables load only the columns they need and filter in the background, so scrolling through a hundred thousand rows stays smooth. No tracking, no cookies, no ads.

Found a mistake?

Every correction is checked against the document and recorded with its reason. Open an issue on GitHub or write via oscarleo.com, citing the row id shown in each row’s details.
