Original text of Belarus Law 105-З of 4 January 2010 on the legal status of foreigners (76 articles): entry, stay, temporary and permanent residence, deportation, amendments to other laws. In scope: art. 53 permanent residence for foreign investors of at least EUR 150,000 (recorded earlier, with the law's own event) and art. 48 temporary residence (up to one year) for owners of a dwelling, added in this pass as 2 rules under a proposed programme blr-property-residence. Not in scope: other residence grounds, the general 7-year permanent-residence ground, immigration quota (no number), deportation, citizenship-law amendments (art. 73, no investor rule).
