What the document holds
Ministerial statement of 19 Feb 2021 introducing the Economic Investment Certificate and Residential Certificate policy: $2.5M minimum investment; Residential Certificate after five years on an EIC; work rights; eight qualifying investment forms (bonds held at least five years); effective 1 March 2021; $2,625 certificate fee; concierge service; replaces the 2003 and 2015 RC policies. Also an illustration ("let's say, 100 persons ... over the next 10 years. That will generate $250 million") which is a hypothetical example, not a target or forecast, so not recorded as a number. Added: 2 terms (5-year wait for the RC; 5-year bond holding). Minimum, fee and launch event already in the data. Rules restated from other sources are now recorded from this document too (decision 8).
