Has everything in it been taken?

Not extractableReviewed 11 Oct 2026

Reviewed. Everything readable has been taken; what is left cannot be read as data (for example charts without printed values, or missing pages). We never estimate values from a picture.

What is left

Gráficos 7 (business investment by year), 8 (by continent), 9 (real-estate authorisations by year), 10 (by state), 11 (sex and education) and 12 (real-estate investment by country) print no values (vector bars without labels; text recognition (OCR) finds only axes), so yearly investment and yearly real-estate counts cannot be read from this report.

This pass added the printed percentages of Table 4 (84) and Table 5 (11, plus the nil '-' cells for 'Não Informado' 2021-22, count and share), the text's 40,3% for the Nordeste in 2011 (Tabela 5 prints 40,9%), 'cerca de 65%' of authorisations in 2011-2014, the eight main countries' 'mais de 80%', men above 80% and women below 20% in every year, and 'cerca de 45%' of investment in 2011-2013. About the document

What it covers Table 4: residence authorisations for investors in productive activities (business route) by year, January 2011 to June 2022, by continent; real-estate investor authorisations January 2019 to June 2022 (cumulative only; yearly chart unlabelled).

Notes Table 4 source line says "Ministério do Trabalho, Relação Anual de Informações Sociais", apparently a copy-paste error: the text and the following tables cite the CGIL/MJSP authorisation data. Printed pp. 128-134 equal PDF pp. 128-134. The 2023 and 2024 OBMigra annual reports (same folder) were also read: they give only investment values for the Southeast region, not national counts.
