OBMigra Annual Report 2025 extract (61 pp.); in scope only pp. 42-44 (PDF pp. 22-23) on investor residence: rules history (RN 84 R$150,000, RN 118 R$500,000, RN 13, RN 36 R$1m and 30% less N/NE, RN 46); Tabela 9 RN 13 authorisations by main country 2023 and 2025 (no 2024 column); Tabela 10 RN 13 investment by region and state 2023-2025; Tabela 11 RN 36 authorisations by main country 2023 and 2025; Tabela 12 RN 36 investment by region and state 2023-2025 (all four tables are images, OCR'd); text totals R$514.4m and R$933.7m for 2023-2025; percentage changes and shares that are the table counts or amounts divided (46.5%, 53.4%, 41.3%, 12.8%, 36.8%, 'more than 80%', 76.7%; not recorded). The rest (formal labour market of immigrants, qualified workers) is out of scope. Already in the data: table totals, five main nationalities each, text totals, terms and events. Added 43 observations: the four 'Demais países' rows of Tabelas 9 and 11 and the 39 region and state rows of Tabelas 10 and 12. Macro-region rows add to the printed totals (exact for 2023 and 2024, R$1 over in 2025 in both tables, a rounding difference). OCR caveats are in the notes; Bahia 2024 in Tabela 12 (25,272,050 vs 29,272,050) needs a check by eye.
