About the document

What it covers Last consolidated text of the predecessor ordinance (repealed by VZAE from 1 Jan 2008): chapter 3 on non-working foreigners (arts. 31-37); no explicit fiscal-interest ground

Notes Used to check whether a fiscal-interest residence ground existed before the VZAE: it did not in explicit form; only art. 36 'wichtige Gründe' for other non-working foreigners.
