Boletim Oficial of 23 Apr 2018. In scope only Law 30/IX/2018 (Green Card): thresholds EUR 80,000 / 120,000 with escudo equivalents, family extension (spouse, minors under 14, dependants), renewal every 5 years then 10 years, IUP exemption and 50% reduction for 10 years, pension income exemption, refusal and loss grounds (crime of 2+ years), fines 5-15 million escudos, approval/promulgation dates, entry into force 30 days after publication. Other acts in the issue (presidential medals, ministry organic decrees) are out of scope.
