PDF pp. 32-33: Portaria conjunta 25/2022, first amendment of Portaria 61/2021: the 5,000$00 / 2,000$00 Green Card and family reunification amounts become processing fees for the residence authorisation (amounts unchanged); the card (TRE) fee is left to Decreto-lei 23/2020; new split of the fee between reception, analysis and decision, and SITRE maintenance (Annex II); card delivery from the 15th working day; Annex III form revoked. Rest of the issue (IDA/IBRD financing agreements, establishment conventions with two resort companies, an airport concession monitoring team) out of scope. This pass added 7 rules: the 6 fee-split amounts and the card delivery period.
