What the document holds

Cayman Immigration Regulations 2004 (in effect 18 May 2004): work permits, business staffing plans, financial standing for the Residential Certificate for Retirees (reg 14, recorded earlier with its fees) and for Entrepreneurs and Investors (reg 15), fee schedule, points system for permanent residence, forms. This pass added 12 rules: Entrepreneurs and Investors net worth (CI$1,000,000 / CI$500,000), annual income (CI$150,000 / CI$75,000), business investment (CI$500,000 / CI$250,000) with ten Caymanian employees, fees 250 and 15,000, 25-year validity in Form 6; and the Retirees' 25-year validity in Form 3. Out of scope: work-permit and other fees, port fees, the points system for the 8-year permanent-residence route (maximum financial points for property or business investment of CI$500,000, not an investor route), fines.
