Ministry of Interior statement (9 Nov 2023) agreeing with the Audit Office's findings on the fast-track residence programme (examples up to October 2022) and listing the May 2023 tightening (annual proof of investment and income, clean criminal record every three years, funds from the applicant's or spouse's own account) and stepped-up checks. No numbers. The rule changes are already recorded as the 2023-04-21 event and the 2023 criteria terms (from cyp-moi-rp-criteria-2023 and cyp-crmd-rp-criteria-2023); the audit report's publication is the 2023-11-09 event.
