Ministry of Interior / Land Registry release (28 Apr 2023): revised fast-track residence criteria approved 21 Apr 2023, in force 2 May 2023; previous scheme let one EUR 300,000 property cover parents and in-laws, now not; annual proof of investment and income; applicants who filed sale contracts with the Land Registry 2 Jan-28 Apr 2023 may apply under the criteria in force since 24 Mar 2021. Event and the EUR 300,000 term already recorded; no statistics. Rules restated from other sources are now recorded from this document too (decision 8).
