Government answer (28 Jan 2019) on Ley 14/2013. In scope and now all recorded: investor row of the 'Expedientes emitidos' table (3,630 grants and 789 renewals existing; 17.64% share of all Ley 14/2013 grants added); investor investment of more than EUR 3,262 million; 3,405 real-estate grants (existing) plus 12 'temporary' (pre-contract) ones; real-estate grants and declared investment by nationality (9 nationalities existing; 'Resto' and both percentage columns added); visas by country of application and year 2016-2018 (65 countries: every year total and country total added, plus consular-office cells where a country-year has more than one office; single-office cells equal the year total and are not repeated; grand total 1,819 existing; all parts add up); real-estate grants by province (10 rows and shares, add to 3,405); Barcelona estimated investment EUR 1,030,710,958; statutory deadlines (10 working days visa, 20 days authorisation). Not recorded because they mix investors with entrepreneurs and other categories: 43,863 visas and authorisations of all categories (20,576 main applicants, 23,287 family), the other categories' rows, EUR 3,568 million total foreign investment, EUR 852 million estimated investment of general-interest projects plus entrepreneurs, 49,756 jobs, 572 investment and entrepreneur projects, the 41%/28% category shares.
