Government answer (6 Sep 2022) on Enrique Peña Nieto: he holds a Ley 14/2013 investor residence authorisation based on a EUR 570,000 commercial property in Madrid; no visa requested; a separate residence application on other grounds was not admitted. Recorded as an existing event (includes the EUR 570,000); the EUR 500,000 threshold restated is already a term from the law. Nothing else in scope.
