Fiji Immigration Regulations 2007 (commenced 4 Jan 2008, consolidated to Service 20) with the Immigration Directions 1971 (30 pp.): entry, permit classes and conditions (investor permit regs 39-41), permanent residence (5 years' residence, 5-year permit), coextensive family permits, fee schedule; Directions para 4(2) 7-year permit for capital of $250,000.
