Full consolidated French immigration code (CESEDA, legislative and regulatory parts, edition 2026-09-21), mostly outside scope (asylum, removal, detention, penalties, other permit categories). In scope: L. 421-16, 3° and R. 421-35/36 on the multi-year "talent-porteur de projet" card for a direct economic investment (EUR 300,000 in fixed assets, 30% company ownership, jobs within four years, withdrawal if not started within a year), L. 421-22 family card, the residence-permit taxes and stamp duty (L. 436-1, L. 436-2, L. 436-7) and Annex 10 item 11 (documents for the investor card, restating EUR 300,000 and 30%). The code contains no carte de résident for an exceptional economic contribution (searched; abrogated articles are not included, so the code does not show when or how it was removed). This pass added 11 rules (investment amount, ownership share, job deadline, one-year start deadline, card validity, spouse age, family card renewal, first-issue, renewal and duplicate taxes, stamp duty) and 2 events (2024 renaming; 2025 decree).
