What the document holds
Annex (60 pp.) to the Interior Ministry circular applying the law of 7 March 2016: ICT cards, sick foreigners procedure, multi-year cards and passeport talent categories (investor: EUR 300,000 direct investment, 30% via a company, jobs within 4 years, card up to 4 years; renewal on proof of the investment and jobs), family card, resident cards (language A2 from 7 March 2018, abolition of the exceptional economic contribution card from 1 Nov 2016), controls and withdrawal, removal. Launch event and four investor rules recorded earlier; this pass added the closure event of the exceptional-contribution card and the more-than-10% equity rule for qualifying direct investment. Not recorded: business-creator passeport talent (EUR 30,000, 5°: running a business, out under decision 15), other categories, controls.
