What the document holds

Statement of Changes HC 1025 (243 pp. incl. explanatory memorandum). Investor parts: paras 110-117 (minimum age 18, study condition), Appendix A paras 268-283 (Table 7 with GBP 2m and a UK regulated bank account, bank letter, 90-day funds evidence, property-company exclusion, maintaining and reinvesting the portfolio within 6 months, fees from surplus), EM para 7.37. Took the minimum age rule (18 from 6 Apr 2015; 16 before). The bank-account rule is already an event; GBP 2m threshold already a rule from HC 693. The GBP 2.1m/GBP 100,000 example in para 280 is an illustration, not a rule. The rest of the statement concerns other routes (out of scope).
