Statement of Changes HC 693 (93 pp. incl. EM). Investor parts: refusal grounds on source of funds (para 245EB), extension capital GBP 2m / GBP 750,000 by entry date (para 245EE(e)), Appendix A Tables 7, 8A, 8B, 9A, 9B (GBP 2m fully invested; old GBP 1m/GBP 750,000 and loan options kept for pre-6 Nov 2014 entrants; settlement after 2/3/5 years at GBP 10m/5m/2m), EM para 7.25. Thresholds and the loan-option removal were already rule rows; added the three settlement qualifying periods. The transitional ILR loan option thresholds (GBP 20m/10m/2m personal assets) are restatements of the old rules. Other routes out of scope. Rules restated from other sources are now recorded from this document too (decision 8).
