Data_Se_D01: grants of settlement by year, nationality and category 2020-2025; all 234 'Investor (previously Tier 1)' cells now in the data (210 added; China, Russia, USA and Hong Kong were already there). Se_D02 (quarterly, by applicant type) has only the broad 'High value' category, so nothing Investor-specific; Se_D03 (sex and age) has no category split. Notes say dependants are under 'Family' in Se_D01. No Investor total row is printed, so no sum check was possible. Other categories out of scope.
