What the document holds

Settlement tables, year ending Dec 2019 (se_01 to se_06). Only se_03 has an Investor column ('5 years aggregate of pre PBS categories and Tier 1 High Value Migrant Investors'), by year 2004-2018 (2004-2007 printed 'z'), world region and country of nationality. All printed cells for 2008-2018 now taken: yearly totals were already in data; added the region subtotals and every country cell (including printed zeros), 2,475 rows. Check: for every year the countries add up to their region subtotal and the regions add up to the printed total. se_01, se_02, se_02_q, se_04, se_05 and se_06 have no Investor category (out of scope).

About the document

What it covers Table se_03: grants of settlement by year (2004-2018), country of nationality and category, including the column '5 years aggregate of pre PBS categories and Tier 1 High Value Migrant Investors'.

Notes Old-format Home Office table (before the 2020 redesign). The Investor column counts main applicants settling after five years (or fewer under the accelerated routes); dependants are counted in family categories. 'z' means not applicable (route did not exist).
