Golden-visa relevant parts: art. 95 (five-year permits for investor categories, family members, children over 21 get a 3-year permit), art. 99 (type B.4 financial investments, minimums already in program_terms), art. 100 (type B.5 real estate, same thresholds as Law 5007/2022), art. 171 (fee: EUR 2,000 for B.1-B.5 grant or renewal, added now; EUR 100 reissue), art. 176 transitional extension of the Law 5007/2022 deposit deadline to 31.7.2023 (already in program_terms notes). Everything else (other permit types, procedure) is out of scope.
