Monthly legal-migration bulletin (text layer unusable; read by OCR). Golden-visa section 4 (pp. 11-15 in 2022-2023, 11-16 from 2024) and the summary infographic (p. 1): charts restating the annex tables (Γράφημα 15-23), text sentences with the 13-month application and issued-permit totals, the shares of pending applications held by the three largest nationalities (not in the annex), and investor permits issued in the current and previous calendar year (or January-August) on p. 1. Rest of the bulletin is general legal migration, out of scope. Done in pass extract-cbi-restated-2026-10-10 (123 rows, each read by eye from 200-300 dpi crops and compared with grc-mma-legal-migration-2022-12-annexb: no count differs): Γράφημα 15 slice shares; Γράφημα 16 top-10 nationality counts and shares; Γράφημα 17 renewal total and nationality shares (incl. other nationalities); Γράφημα 18 applications by year filed (initial and renewal, with totals); the 4β text boxes (filed, issued, rejected, withdrawn, pending, for the whole period and the 13 months), which earlier passes had not taken for this edition; Γράφημα 19 applications by month filed (initial and renewal, with totals); Γράφημα 20 permits issued by month filed (stacked totals); Γράφημα 21 permits issued by month of decision; Γράφημα 22 pending total and initial/renewal shares; Γράφημα 23 pending by decentralised administration; p. 1 applications in the current and previous period and their printed change. Chart bars and legends add up to their printed totals. The leftover printed percentages were then recorded under two proposed indicators (10 rows): applications_status_share for the Γράφημα 18 donut (issued, pending, rejected; the '1%' label sits on the rejected slice, withdrawn is unlabelled), its restatement in the p. 1 donut, the Γράφημα 19 donut (issued, pending) and the 4γ text share already issued; residence_permits_issued_change_pct for the p. 1 change in permits issued. Each checked against the printed counts. Out of scope: the rest of the bulletin (general legal migration).
