Chapter 1 of the ImmD annual report (Visa and Policies): admission schemes and statistics for visitors, employment, talent schemes, students, dependants, one-way permits, right of abode etc. (out of scope) and a section on the Capital Investment Entrant Scheme. CIES section, as at 31 Dec 2011: applications received (entrant and dependant), approvals (formal and in principle), investment $94.9bn (printed twice), the Oct 2010 threshold rise to $10m and suspension of real estate (event already in the dataset from hkg-isd-pr-cies-amended-2010), a planned 2013 review, and the CPA-report count and share. Main figures were already recorded; this pass adds the CPA count and share. Rules restated from other sources are now recorded from this document too (decision 8).
