The rest of the report is general central-government debt management and out of scope: macroeconomic background, debt strategy, financing need, forint and FX issuance and redemptions, retail securities, debt stock and ratios, liquidity management, secondary market, dealers, institutions, credit ratings and the other appendix debt tables.
