Archived Isle of Man Immigration Rules in effect 14-22 February 2022 (918 pp.), the last version open to new Tier 1 (Investor) applicants: general provisions, all entry categories, the points-based system, family routes (Part 8 and Appendix FM), deportation and appendices. In scope: Tier 1 (Investor) paras 245E-245EF, Appendix A paras 54-65-SD (Tables 7, 8A, 8B, 9A, 9B; source-of-money, qualifying-investment and maintenance notes incl. para 65 exclusions), and points-based dependants as they apply to investors (paras 319A-319J). This pass added 39 rules: Tables 8A/8B (GBP 2 million; GBP 1 million / 2 million assets / 750,000 / 1,000,000; 3-month deadline; 12-month window), curtailment amount, Table 9A (GBP 10 / 5 million; 2 and 3 years; 180 days' absence), Table 9B (GBP 10 / 20 / 5 / 10 million; GBP 1,000,000; 75%), maintenance values (GBP 750,000 / 3,750,000 / 7,500,000), 90-day holding rules, six-month reinvestment, minimum age 18, 28-day overstay disregard, entry clearance 3 years 4 months, leave to remain 2 or 3 years, criminal-record rules (12 months in 10 years; 28 days), and dependants (children under 18; partners 2 years together, 5 years to settle, 180 days' absence, 3 years' leave).
