What the document holds

FATF 'Jurisdictions under Increased Monitoring' statement of 23 February 2024: grey list (Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, DR Congo, Croatia, Haiti, Jamaica, Kenya, Mali, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Philippines, Senegal, South Africa, South Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Türkiye, Vietnam, Yemen) and jurisdictions removed (Barbados, Gibraltar, Uganda, UAE). No mention of investment migration programmes and no programme numbers. The UAE removal is already an event; no events added for other programme jurisdictions because the document does not link the listing to them.
