What the document holds

INIS statement (March 2012) formally launching the Immigrant Investor Programme and the Start-up Entrepreneur Programme: open from 15 April 2012 (launch event already in the data); IIP options (endowment €500,000; enterprise €1,000,000 for 3 years; €2,000,000 five-year NTMA bond, single 5.1% payment = 1% AER; mixed €1,000,000 = €500k property + €500k bonds); 2+3 year residence permission then 5-year renewals; visit once in 12 months; no naturalisation concession (5 years' residence); Evaluation Committee membership; €750 application fee. All these terms are already in program_terms from the 2012 guidelines (same values), so no duplicate term rows were added. Start-up Entrepreneur Programme (€75k funding) is a separate entrepreneur scheme, out of scope. No statistics.
