Art. 40-quater D.L. 76/2020 (added on conversion by L. 120/2020, in force 15 Sep 2020): investment may be made on behalf of a foreign legal person the applicant legally represents, with a reciprocity check by the Foreign Ministry (new commi 3-bis, 3-ter); holders get the rights of the self-employment permit, are exempt from the reciprocity check and, for five years from first issue, from the integration agreement and continuous-stay obligations (new comma 5-bis). Event already in; the 5-year exemption added as a rule.
