Version 1 Jul 2010-3 Feb 2011: first investor points 28-30 (LVL 25,000 company + LVL 20,000 taxes; property LVL 100,000/50,000; LVL 200,000 bank subordinated capital), family under art. 23(4), 90-day decision time for some nationals (art. 33), annual Cabinet report to the Saeima (art. 38(2)), transitional point 16 (investments after 1 Jul 2010).
