What the document holds
Consolidated text of the 2002 Immigration Law on likumi.lv; only the investor provisions are in scope (art. 23(1) points 28-31, art. 23 parts on family, tax tests, renewal and payments, related rules in art. 9, 34, 35, transitional provisions); the rest is general immigration law. Version from 16 Jun 2011: business tiers LVL 25,000/100,000, property value and cadastral tests (LVL 30,000/10,000), seller restrictions, transitional point 17 for earlier permits. All in program_terms and the 2011 event; nothing new. Rules restated from other sources are now recorded from this document too (decision 8).
