What the document holds
Consolidated text of the 2002 Immigration Law on likumi.lv; only the investor provisions are in scope (art. 23(1) points 28-31, art. 23 parts on family, tax tests, renewal and payments, related rules in art. 9, 34, 35, transitional provisions); the rest is general immigration law. Version 1 Jan 2015-30 Jun 2016: adds point 31 (EUR 250,000 interest-free state securities + EUR 25,000; Cabinet may halt issue if public-debt ceiling threatened), art. 9(5) p. 24, no registration for point-31 permits. Already in program_terms; nothing new. Rules restated from other sources are now recorded from this document too (decision 8).
