Pirmreizējās TUA, izsniegtās 2018. gadā (first-time temporary residence permits issued, by nationality and reason)

PMLP table of first-time temporary residence permits (TUA) issued in 2018: persons by nationality and reason of stay, main applicants (galv.) and family members (ģim.), with totals for all countries, EU/EEA and third countries, and one row for the other countries with fewer than 5 first-time permits ("Pārējās N valstis, TUA < 5"). Investor columns: investor in a company (p. 28), real estate (p. 29), credit institution (p. 30), securities/bonds (p. 31). All non-zero investor cells by nationality are now extracted, plus every investor cell (zeros included) of the total rows; every investor cell printed 0 in the country rows is now stored too (value 0, METHODOLOGY decision 6). Other reasons of stay (employment, study, family of citizens, etc.) are general immigration, out of scope. PDF, 4 pages: first column block (spouses, parents, study, religion...) then second block with employment and investor columns; country names only in the first block, rows matched by order. Every investor column adds up to the all-countries row and EU/EEA + third countries = all countries. Header line says 'first-time' means no earlier residence permit of any type. Rows added: 70. Zero rows added by pass extract-zeros-b: 545. This PDF prints 0, not blanks, in empty investor cells; with the zeros the columns still add up to the all-countries row and EU/EEA + third countries = all countries. Rows for status groups (Latvian stateless persons, refugees or stateless persons with another country's documents, Estonian non-citizens, etc.) are stored with category= keys (e.g. category=stateless_lva, category=noncitizen_est), as the earlier pass did for category=alternative_status_lva.
