PMLP table of first-time temporary residence permits (TUA) issued in 2021: persons by nationality and reason of stay, main applicants (galv.) and family members (ģim.), with totals for all countries. Investor columns: investor in a company (p. 28), real estate (p. 29), credit institution (p. 30), securities/bonds (p. 31). All non-zero investor cells by nationality are now extracted, plus every investor cell (zeros included) of the total rows; country cells are blank where there are no permits. Other reasons of stay (employment, study, family of citizens, etc.) are general immigration, out of scope. Spreadsheet, one sheet ('Sheet1'), every nationality listed (no 'other countries' grouping, no EU/third-country totals); empty cells are blank. Nationality cells add up to 'Visas valstis kopā' for every investor column. No credit-institution column in 2021. Rows added: 30. Checked by pass extract-zeros-b: the spreadsheet holds no cell with the value 0 in any investor column (empty cells are blank), so no zero rows were added. Blank means no permits of that kind: the sheet lists every nationality with at least one first-time permit of any reason, and the nationality cells add up to the total row with blanks read as none; blanks are not stored.
