PMLP spreadsheet (sheet 'Dati', 102 data rows) of first-time temporary residence permits (TUA) issued in the first half of 2026, persons by nationality and reason of stay, main applicants (galv.) and family members (ģim.), with one all-countries row ('Kopā'); every nationality listed (no 'other countries' grouping, no EU/EEA or third-country totals); empty cells are blank. Investor columns present: company, real estate, credit institution (ģim. and galv.); no securities/bonds column. All non-zero investor cells by nationality are now extracted, plus every investor cell of the total row; nationality cells add up to the total in every investor column. Other reasons of stay (employment, study, family, temporary protection, etc.) are general immigration, out of scope. Rows added: 36. Checked by pass extract-zeros-b: the spreadsheet holds no cell with the value 0 in any investor column (empty cells are blank), so no zero rows were added. Blank means no permits of that kind: the sheet lists every nationality with at least one first-time permit of any reason, and the nationality cells add up to the total row with blanks read as none; blanks are not stored.
