PMLP spreadsheet (sheet 'Sheet2', 145 data rows) of foreigners holding valid temporary residence permits (TUA) on 2021-12-31, by nationality and reason of stay, main applicants (galv.) and family members (ģim.); every nationality listed plus one all-countries row (no EU/EEA or third-country totals, no kopā per reason); empty cells are blank. Investor columns: real estate, company, credit institution, securities/bonds (galv. and ģim.). All non-zero investor cells by nationality and every investor cell of the total row are now extracted; nationality cells add up to the total in every investor column. Rows for holders of Latvian alternative status ('LATVIJAS alternatīvais') and unknown nationality ('NEZINĀMA') are stored as category=alternative_status_lva / category=unknown_nationality where non-zero. Other reasons of stay are general immigration, out of scope. Rows added: 122. Checked by pass extract-zeros-b: the spreadsheet holds no cell with the value 0 in any investor column (empty cells are blank), so no zero rows were added. Blank means no permits of that kind: every nationality with at least one valid permit is listed and the nationality cells add up to the total row with blanks read as none; blanks are not stored.
