L.N. 310 of 2024, MPRP (Amendment No. 2) Regulations, in force 1 Jan 2025 (English text): dependent children limited to under 29; single property threshold EUR 375,000 and rent EUR 14,000 for Malta and Gozo (southern discount and Second Schedule deleted); first fee instalment raised to EUR 15,000; assets test EUR 500,000 (EUR 150,000 financial) or EUR 650,000 (EUR 75,000 financial); administration fee and contribution for each dependant; health insurance wording; agent criteria notice one month; transitional rule; new First Schedule (EUR 50,000 fee, EUR 5,000 per dependant; contribution EUR 30,000 owned / EUR 60,000 rented, EUR 5,000 per dependant; disabled dependants exempt). Already recorded: all schedule amounts, property, rent, EUR 650,000 test and the price-change event. Added: the EUR 15,000 first instalment and the EUR 75,000 financial-asset minimum. No statistics.
