Already in data: USD 500,000, USD 70,000 first-sale duty, residence-permit rule. This pass added 8 rules: processing fee (first sale and resale), resale duty and seller tax, reservation deposit cap, resale notice period, dependant child age, morality certificate age. Developer-side figures (bank guarantees, social contribution, company taxes, letter of approval validity) and the civil-code payment schedule are not recorded as they bind the developer, not the investor.
