EDB annual report FY2020/21. Mandate to attract 50,000 retirees (added as target). Rest: economy, trade, manufacturing, financial services, governance, EDB financial statements (no permit fee revenue). Pass extract-gapfill-2026-10-09 (decision 8) added the IHS owner-occupancy limit (180 days a year instead of 90; no limit for Premium Visa holders). The IHS sale limit for promoters (60% to 80% of units) and the Smart City serviced-plot rule (one plot up to 2,100 m2 until 30 June 2024) are stated here too but were not added (not requested in this pass).
