About the document

What it covers Ley 761 (first part, gazette pp. 4124-4137): art. 32 investor immigrant status certified by the Ministry of Industry (MIFIC), requirements left to the regulation; art. 35 investor residence for capital invested in any lawful activity or in state securities and bonds; art. 55 nationality for investor residents after two years of permanent residence.

Notes The law continues in a later issue of La Gaceta (not read), so the entry-into-force article was not seen. No investment amount is stated in the law; the regulation (Decreto 31-2012) was not obtained.
