Staatsblad 2024 no. 83 (25 pp.): Decree of 9 Apr 2024 (published 16 Apr 2024, in force the next day) amending the Aliens Decree 2000, the Civic Integration Decree 2021 and the Foreign Nationals Employment Decree 2022, with explanatory note. Programme content: deletion of the residence ground for wealthy foreigners (art. 3.29a Vb 2000; Articles I B, D, G, II, III), transitional law keeping existing permits valid and renewable (Article IV), and the note's history (scheme from 1 Oct 2013, at least EUR 1,250,000 invested in an innovative company per Vc B11/2.2, fewer than ten permits granted). The rest (family reunification fraud checks, researcher mobility, mvv exemptions, EU directive fixes, detention hearings, consultation responses) is out of scope. The amount, the permit count and the launch were already in the data (the closure on 17 Apr 2024 is an event from another source); nothing new to add.
