Extracted as before (1,051 rows): the Investor 1, Investor 2, Active Investor Plus and Active Investor Plus (Growth or Balanced) rows of the criteria tables (pp. 2-3 applications, pp. 6-7 people; every year approved/declined/total and the period total), the current-year month tables (pp. 12-13: 2026-07, 2026-08, 2026-09), and the Investor Category column of the nationality tables (pp. 39-52 applications, 197 nationalities including printed zeros; pp. 54-67 people, non-blank cells only). Checks: approved + declined = total in every cell; years sum to period totals; the four criteria period totals (3,574 applications, 11,560 people) equal the nationality tables' Investor Category totals. One revision from the September edition (AIP Growth or Balanced, August 2026: 41 approved vs 40, 52 decided vs 51, 129 people approved vs 128, 161 people decided vs 160), noted on the rows. Not rowed: the sorted duplicate tables (pp. 68-97), the month-table total column (equal to FY2026/27) and the nationality total row (equal to the criteria totals). People tables print blanks for none; blanks not stored. Out of scope: other visa criteria.
