In scope, pp. 9-10: Decreto Ejecutivo 416 of 13 June 2012 creating permanent residence for nationals of 24 listed countries (named, count not printed) who carry out an economic or professional activity; requirements include proof of economic solvency by a bank statement with a balance of 'no inferior a cuatro cifras medias' (words, not a number; not tabled), dependants' rules, filing only at the SNM, repeal of DE 343 of 16 May 2012, in force on promulgation.
