What the document holds
MICI year-end 2025 results release. In scope: Qualified Investor programme, 613 certificates since creation and USD 309.8 million cumulative investment (both already in the tables), and the 2025 digital platform (already event e-a2f73f8166 from the 16 Dec 2025 release). The rest is out of scope: exports (USD 835 million / 1,098 million), free zones, SEM regime, audiovisual industry, MERCOSUR, Hecho en Panamá, Bocas del Toro, SIECA. Nothing new added. Rules restated from other sources are now recorded from this document too (decision 8).
