MICI release: certificates July 2025-June 2026 (268, B/.113.6 million) and July 2024-June 2025 (193, over B/.90.1 million); route shares of certificates for both periods (real estate, deposit, securities). All already in the tables. Also prints the differences (75 more certificates, over B/.23.4 million more investment), not added because they are only the differences of rows already held; says the new platform 'doubled' certificates per month (words, no number); lists applicants' countries (USA, Canada, Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Russia, China) without counts. Nothing new added. Rules restated from other sources are now recorded from this document too (decision 8).
