What the document holds
MICI release on DE 17 of 2026 at the groundbreaking of a Mercan Group residential project. Already in the tables: 268 certificates / B/.113.6 million (Jul 2025-Jun 2026), 193 / over B/.90.1 million (previous period), real estate 87.3% of certificates. DE 17 amounts already in program_terms from the gazette. Out of scope: the Mercan Group project (48-storey tower, 200 apartments, delivery 2028, Mercan plan of about B/.200 million), which the release does not say is a qualifying project or count of programme investment. Nothing new added. Rules restated from other sources are now recorded from this document too (decision 8).
