Law 61/2025 (9 pp.) amending Law 23/2007: new qualified job-seeker visa, CPLP permits, family reunification only after two years of residence (15 months for some spouses) with exemptions, integration measures, nine-month decision deadline for reunification, court remedies against AIMA, deadline for expression-of-interest cases, bilateral labour agreements. The only ARI provision (family members of art. 90-A holders exempt from the two-year wait, art. 98(3)(c)) is already an event. Other content is general immigration, out of scope. No statistics.
