Law 63/2015 (2 pp.), third amendment to Law 23/2007: art. 3(1)(d) adds subalíneas iv-vii (EUR 350k rehabilitation, EUR 350k research, EUR 250k culture, EUR 500k SME funds) and cuts job creation to 10; art. 3(2)-(3) allow 20% lower amounts for ii-vi in low-density NUTS III areas; decision deadlines for all permits (90/60 days, general, not ARI-specific); adult student children as ARI family members; repeals art. 90-A(3) (regulation by ministerial order); in force the day after 30 Jun 2015. All ARI amounts already in the data (5 terms, low-density rule in their notes) and the event. Also prints, on its second page, an unrelated parliamentary resolution on financial stability.
