About the document

What it covers Permits, family permits, top-5 nationalities, routes and investment for 2012 (2 permits) and 2013.

Notes One-page bilingual infographic. sef.pt now returns HTTP 403 to scripted downloads, so the copy in raw/ was taken from the Wayback Machine capture given in archive_url. The PDF text layer scrambles some numbers; values were checked against the rendered page image, and quotes follow the printed layout (number followed by its label). Counts are ARI (investor) permits granted (decisions), not applications; family members are counted separately. "Subalínea" refers to the investment route in art. 3(1)(d) of Law 23/2007: i) capital transfer, ii) job creation, iii) real-estate purchase, iv) real estate for rehabilitation, v) research, vi) culture/heritage, vii) investment funds, viii) company capital with jobs. Publication date is approximate (year after the period, or month after for 2023).
