What the document holds

SEF annual immigration report 2017 (83 pp.). ARI content on PDF pp. 17-18: 1,351 investor and 2,678 family approvals, 1,292 and 2,292 first permits, total EUR 844,088,897.77, real estate 1,204 / EUR 743,699,901.22, capital transfer 70 / EUR 73,448,564.84, job creation 2, top five nationalities. All already in the data. Does NOT add up: 1,204 + 70 + 2 = 1,276 against 1,351 approvals (75 missing) and EUR 817,148,466.06 against the EUR 844,088,897.77 total (EUR 26,940,431.71 missing); the report prints no figures for the newer routes (rehabilitation, research, culture, funds), which presumably make up the gap. Rest out of scope.
